Next, a quick look at approximately three minutes of my life on Sunday night. I was sitting in my room typing a paper, when I heard the sounds of percussion meandering in the window. I quickly ran outside to find the source of the beautiful rhythm, and found several guys beating on random items with drumsticks. Long story short, the fact that I drum made itself known, and I joined them in a few more beats around campus. The one you are to watch was in the student center, and there were literally 100 people standing around. Fortunately, the wonders of YouTube are upon us. You should probably click on these few words, and watch it. Quite worth the few minutes.
The final piece of news is, to me, the most exciting. A couple of friends and I are starting a band. I will be playing drums and singing backup. We still need to find a lead guitarist, but as soon as we do, we're going to start practicing. My two friends will be writing the music, and I have to say that I am impressed with what I've heard. I'll definitely be updating you on this, because joining a band is like a dream come true. So, that's all for this week. See ya next.
